The City of Salisbury has a rich heritage of fine architecture dating from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Both the domestic and commercial buildings from a variety of stylistic periods contribute to the distinctive character of the city’s downtown and adjacent historic neighborhoods. The City currently has five local historic districts: Ellis Street Graded School, Brooklyn South Square, West Square, Downtown, and North Main. The Fulton Heights neighborhood is also a registered Historic District outside the local map. We are proud to offer a variety of rental options in the Ellis Street Graded School and Downtown districts.
